Lendfusion has been on the market of loan servicing software from 2012 and during that time we have kept our ears open to any suggestions our customers have to make our product even better. Now, when we are finishing the development of Lendfusion II, we can say that one of those ideas has made it into the new web-based software.

Customer communication has always been integral to the business of our lenders. Good customer relations means lower default rates and thus better business.

Most lenders use multiple channels of communication with their customers. SMS and Email are standard but Whatsapp and regular mail (snail mail) are also be used by different lenders.

The new version of Lendfusion will enable users to see all of their communication in one easy to use view.

Communication will include all messages sent and received from a customer, making it extremely easy for the customer support agent to keep track of any past discussions. The communications tab will have the option to sort and filter communication whether based on the channel or by date and time or by type (automated messages vs manual messages).
